POINT① PISTON KIT
• Carefully selected specially forged raw materials used.
• HKS original Ni plated and molybdenum coated pistons are included.
• Ni plating treatment was done on the top side and top land groove which enhances durability against knock, high combustion
pressure and protects top land groove from deforming.
• Ti coated top ring improves its frictional properties and scuffing resistance characteristic .
POINT② CONNECTING ROD
• Highly strength H-beam design. The engine capacity is increased by increased stroke and torque at low -mid speed range is
improved.
• Compatible with standard stroke
POINT③ CRANKSHAFT STROKE 94.0ｍｍ
• HKS special forged material made high strength crankshaft.
• Long stroke and lightweight counterweighted crankshaft was designed to improve the engine response.
POINT④ ADDITIONAL MODIFICATION
• 1mm over sized pistons requires cylinder bore and honing.
• Recess modification inside the engine block is not required.
